What should I check for if my system has no power?

There are a few thing you should check before calling our service dept. about a transmitter that is not receiving power.

Invisible Fence Transmitter

1. If there is no light at all on your Invisible Fence system, there is no power getting to your system. Check the outlet with another device (i.e.: hairdryer) and make sure the outlet is working. If the other device works in your outlet, but your system still has no light, call us for a service call.

2. Please make sure your transmitter is plugged all the way in. If your transmitter is plugged in all of the way and you have tested another device on the outlet, but your system still has no light, call us for a service call.
